Xivu Arath, (Zeevoo Uh-rath) formerly known as Xi Ro, is a Hive God and sister to Savathûn and Oryx, the Taken King. She and her sisters were the last brood of the Osmium King.[1] Together with her two siblings, she was a progenitor of the contemporary Hive species and one of its chief gods, having made a pact with the Worms of Fundament. She is driven to become the mightiest warrior in the universe.
Biography[]
Xivu Arath is the sister of Savathun and Oryx. Being in the circle of power like Oryx and Savathun she is very powerful.
She invaded and destroyed the Cabal home world of Torobatl thanks to the betrayal of Empress Caiatl's close ally, Umun'arath.[2] Umun’arath’s death at the hands of Caiatl accidentally completed a ritual set in motion by Savathûn, resulting in an invasion of Torobatl by Xivu Arath’s forces. The resultant destruction forced the Cabal to flee in a mass exodus with Xivu Arath in pursuit.
Events of Season of the Hunt[]
With the disappearance of Io, Titan, Mars, and Mercury, Xivu Arath begins her seeds into the Sol system during the period of turmoil.[3] She had a servant known as the High Celebrent, who was tasked with the begining process of the Cryptoliths taking root into the Sol system, creating an army of followers who would be mind controlled to her will. The Guardian, however, stopped the High Celebrant's operation, putting a momentary stop to Xivu Arath's plans.[4]
