The Last Word... It's very different from what it was in Y01. It used to rule the Crucible (with Thorn, Hawkmoon, and MIDA-Multi Tool). With many different ups and downs, it's still one of the best weapons in the Crucible. Although, it's not as powerful as it was be. So, here comes my rankings:\
Stats: A-/B+
With the many ups and downs of this weapon, it definetly has taken a toll. Especially on its range and its stability. If you wanted to get the most range out of this weapon, you had to take out a portion of your stability, which isn't already good, considering most Guardians don't even know how to fully control the recoil. If you wanted the most stability, you had to take out a lot of the range, which, can be detrimental to your damage at medium range. Although, the Rate of Fire does compensate for the low damage (both body and headshot damage), it won't compensate for the range and the stability.
Fun Fact: I got this weapon at Y01, and I fell in love of this weapon.
Perks: A-/B+
The gun used to have one of the best perks for an Exotic weapon. Since then, they took out the damage part of the perk, Last Word, and replaced it with Target Acq. (Which gives you more Aim Assist). The weapon wasn't as good as it should be. Without the damage boost, you will need a minimum of 3 bullets (2 headshots and 1 body shot) to actually kill the opponent, which is fine, but you'll just end up ADS your way, which makes all of your perks kinda useless.
Efficency: A+
The gun is still very good at what it does, doing damage very quickly at short range. The weapon melts anybody that gets too close to you, but makes you use your special weapon (usually a Sniper Rifle) at lot more at medium-long range, which is good. Overall, it's still a pretty good weapon and can still contend with the meta.
Overall Score: A-
