(Nyet! O well, we can finish here and then assemble the official Dream Team.)
Avgust looked towards Ikora, beginning to answer her question as two figures entered the Vanguard Hall. To the Lieutenant, they seemed oddly familiar. He watched as one passed something to Zavala, as he furrowed his brow. "This is true. We then encountered a third Fallen House, the House of Blades who is lead by one other Guardian." Avgust paused, looking towards Cayde-6 and another Guardian. "They fell under my command. Together we searched for what the Storms wanted, and one Warlock: Orkrim, was eventually injured and an Exo killed."
"Two losses, not very acceptable by the Vanguard standard, Avgust." Zavala began, before Avgust began: "Orkrim has been returned to safety, Commander. And this Exo, Sauron... we eventually found that he could be resurrected in this Golden Age facility. He however passed his light on to a Storm Vandal, Karak."
"I remember two Warlocks that apparently headed there as well," Ikora added, "what happened to Shadow and Saturn?"
Avgust paused, before continuing: "Whatever happened to both of your Warlocks, I certainly am greived to understand that they must have fallen to the Darkness before I arrived to Europa. However, more than just the House of Storms we should be concerned about.
"When we arrived at Europa, we were engaged by two hostile Cabal forces. They appear to be competing with another, as we were eventually extended some aid with the House of Storms by a Cabal force lead by one Ma'carn."
Sara's eyes widened, as she was left speechless by such a statement. Ikora and Zavala turned towards both Avgust and Arxus, as the Commander than started: "The Cabal? Why would you ally with the Cabal?"
"We had been outnumbered by the House of Storms, and without assistance from Ma'carn's legions, we could not fight our way into the facility and stop and crush the Storm Archon: Rhall. My hand was forced into this decision, Commander." Avgust replied.
Commander Zavala looked at Avgust, before sighing. The Commander unserstood that in order to achieve a greater goal, decisions had to be made. But Avgust knew that Zavala would not let this slide for long, and that the Lieutenant would have to make up for this breach of Titan Code. Sara looked at Avgust, quietly making note of what the Lieutenant just said, coming to the conclusion the Vanguard had made the right decision.
But she and Avgust knew what would happen next, the Tower would be divided on the decision that Avgust made on Europa. But the Lieutenant wasn't done with his report, as he then decided to continue: "But we cannot dwell on this for long. Before I reached the Tower, I received a vision. A vision belonging to the Darkness itself. The Hive, have found a new Knight-God at Ceres."
All attention shifted to Avgust, as Cayde-6 then asked: "And who is this new God of Abomination, Lieutenant? And what can we do to stop the Hive now?"
"Its name is Enxor," Avgust replied, "and we need a stronger Fireteam Argus."
