Basic form of a scout rifle.
Scout rifles are a class of primary weapons in Destiny favored by marksmen.[1] They deal high precision damage and are most effective at medium and long ranges.
Archetypes
- High-Impact: High-impact scout rifles have a Rate of Fire value of 27 and an Impact value of 61. Examples include Cocytus SR4, Colovance's Duty, and The Jade Rabbit.
- Medium-High-Impact: Medium-high-impact scout rifles have a Rate of Fire value of 37 and an Impact value of 48. Examples include Hung Jury SR4, SUROS DIS-43, and Boolean Gemini.
- Medium-Low-Impact: Medium-low-impact scout rifles have a Rate of Fire value of 42 and an Impact value of 38. Examples include Angel's Advocate, The Distant Star, and MIDA Multi-Tool.
- Low-Impact: Low-impact scout rifles have a Rate of Fire value of 52 and an Impact value of 35. Examples include The Inward Lamp, NL Shadow 701X, and Touch of Malice.
