Wikia is doing a fall/holiday game guide for some current/upcoming releases, and we're including The Taken King and this Wiki on the list. We were hoping to get a short quote from an admin or editor from each game's community, so I just wanted to see if you had a few minutes to give us a short sentence describing why you're a Destiny fan or what you like about TTK so far.
Is it the new pattern that the inventory icon for an armor/weapon is what gets placed in the infobox, while the in-game screenshot goes into a gallery? I've been collecting images of (TTK) weapons as I cycle trhrough them, so if I start adding them to articles, I want to make sure I'm putting them in the proper place.
I accidentally created a page called Elium's Frenzy for the King's Fall raid rocket launcher. However, this name is incorrect- the weapon's actual name is Elulim's Frenzy. It was an error on my part. How can I fix this typo?
Hey there, Josh! Wanted to stop in and let you know that the Destiny Year One video we've done some outreach about will be finished in the next few days. On top of this, we were looking to implement what's known as a PAD unit on the wiki to help promote the video. Essentially, a banner image with a link will appear above every article page on the wiki for a span of about a month (ending on October 15th).
I wanted to give you and Vekt0r heads up about this and make sure it's something you're okay with having. Let me know if you have any issues with it, Thanks so much! TheBlueRogue •(profile)•(talk)•(email@example.com) 21:13, September 10, 2015 (UTC)
I'm an admin from the DarkOrbit wiki and just wanted some help. I like the layout you guys have for your main page, specifically the categories that move when you roll over your mouse. But I wanted to know if you could help me out with your Portals? I viewed the source but couldn't understand where those categories came from that are labeled Portals and how to have them look like that. Thanks in advance.
Hey there, I'm assuming you are talking about the navigation buttons on the main page? If so there's two bits of code you need. They are JS run, so they may be difficult to import with the new JS restrictions.
I run an extremly small wiki over at the Go Vacation Wiki But I would appreciate it if a larger group like you guys would recognizes it in the partners box you have it the front page, think you could make that happen?
Hey there! I'm from over at Acepedia, and I saw that you guys had a countdown system on your home page for the Tower vendors stock refresh. We've been trying to get a system going to have a "daily" countdown that could auto-update without us having to update it every day. If you could walk me through the code/implementation of your countdown system, I would highly appreciate it. Thanks :)
