Mercury was a planet in the Solar System, before it disappeared.[1] The appearance of The Traveler caused changes on Mercury that led to the planet becoming a "garden world."[2] However, the Vex found their way there during the Collapse, and managed to transform the planet into a machine within days.[3]
The renegade Sunbreakers, their forge in the Burning Shrine, and the Followers of Osiris were the only known remaining establishments on Mercury after the Collapse.
